Sabrina Smith, Finance & Administration Coordinator

Sabrina Smith has been with the DDD for fifteen years, beginning in 1993, has worked under four directors, and has filled a number of positions, including Administrative Assistant and Marketing & Communications Coordinator. Under her current position as Finance and Administration Manager, some of her responsibilities include insuring timely processing of all invoices, maintaining an up-to-date contract schedule for all executed contracts, insuring the process from RFP/RFQ to contract signing follows the procurement policies of the DDD, preparing and issuing the necessary end of year tax forms for vendors as well as managing the administrative staff. Sabrina was involved with the “Wednesday at the Square” annual concert series from its inception and remembers when the DDD produced the “Acres of Diamonds, Tour of Homes & Lofts” when the transformation of the warehouse district to apartments and condominiums was experiencing its early boom.

Sabrina is a native of New Orleans and is one of eight siblings. She has two sons and her family has grown to include two daughters-in-law, and she has recently welcomed her fourth grandchild.
