Edward "Ted" Featherstone, Real Estate Coordinator

Ted Featherstone, a recent Yale Honors graduate, began work for the DDD in the summer of 2007. Bringing with him a concentration in Urban Policy and Economics, Ted is the Real Estate Development Coordinator and is a resource for Downtown developers, available to help them with everything from zoning and regulation to ownership, financing, and public incentives. Ted has spoken before the Design Review Committee and the Planning Advisory Committee of the City Planning Commission and continues to help steer the DDD’s long-run development and acquisition endeavors, including land banking and parking structure development.

He is continuing his studies in finance and real estate at Tulane University.
