Downtown New Orleans is experiencing continued growth and development. Almost $4 billion worth of projects are in some phase of development, including more than 2,500 apartments, 850 condos and 2,000 hotel rooms. In addition to the new residential units, Downtown is seeing significant investment in the medical industry and theater complexes.
